Financial Information Management (FIM), Group Finance

Financial Information Management (FIM) drives the strategic roadmap for the Bank�s financial systems and partners with stakeholders and GTO Technology specialists to deliver solutions to support the growth of Banks. We aim to protect and enhance Group Finance value through optimizing the use of our systems and tools as we implement a controlled Finance architecture.


The candidate will be part of Financial Information Management (FIM) within Group Finance under the Change Management organization structure. Your key responsibilities include:

• Gather and document user requirements
• Assess functional impact of changes to Finance applications
• Assess the user configuration setup required for application changes
• Review functional design and ensure that business requirements are met
• Responsible for end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities such as:define test approach, prepare test scripts and execute User Acceptance Test, analyse test results and ensure that reported issues are resolved
  
• Transition project to production support teams with proper documentation and training
• Provide support in resolving post implementation issues during warranty period

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business or its equivalent professional certificates
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a project setting within Banking / Financial Services Industry

Responsibilities

• Handling 3 of stack customer service mailboxes + facebook enquiries: respond to customers, update customer tracker sheet, log cases for investigations (both to internal and external tech team).
• SMS UNSUB and account deletion tracker
• Catalogue redemption & KF tagging via GRS on behalf of credit card team
• Update of GRS catalogue and marketplace catalogue
• Handling of voucher purchase for both internal clients and exceptional handling for bank customers.
• Processing of loyalty team invoices for both A&P and tech
• Assistance with voucher fulfilment for campaigns
• Any other administrative duties such as update of SOP decks and templates, forms creations whenever necessary
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Period:

• 12 Months Contract, renewable

Location:

• Rafflesplace

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Salary:

• Up to $3000

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Looking for candidates with banking or strong admin experience
