About the job
As the Human Resources & Human Capital Development Manager (Division Leader), you will directly manage a team of associates and support various regions across Asia Pacific. The role will be responsible for shaping the organizational culture for the business and partner closely with the leadership team. In addition, you will:
- Lead and support the team in executing smooth delivery of full spectrum of HR and Human Capital Development services to the firm
- Deliver HR processes such as leadership development, workforce planning, succession planning, rewards strategies and performance management
- Assists in promoting continuous learning and professional development culture in the organization
- Harmonization and alignment of HR policies and practices, ensuring the processes are delivered to the businesses in accordance with agreed service quality, legal and regulatory compliance
- Lead employee engagement and communication regionally, implementing effective communication channels and initiatives to drive towards a positive work environment
- Provide advice and support the team leaders in HR and HCD related matters
- Establish and build strong working relationships, engage and partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of programmes
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with minimum 7 years’ experience in Human Resources, of which 3 years in supervisory position
- Proven experience in leading cross functional teams, strong business acumen with ability to drive HR strategies
- Excellent knowledge of Best Practices in HR across various regions
- Good understanding of local employment law, regulations and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of Timesoft payroll system and SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.
