Job description

• Marketing and survey related to heavy lifting work in Southeast Asia.
• Survey of specific business example and proposal of potential business in the field of heavy lifting such as construction and maintenance
• Planning of approximate income and expenditure plan during project management
• Developing DENZAI (Thailand) Co. Ltd. business and whole business operation.
• Oversee and manage the fiscal responsibility to DENZAI (Thailand) Co. Ltd., i.e. budget expenditure, revenue, cost control.
• Deliver on the KPI’s that’s agreed on an annual basis
• Ensure timely and efficient transition of projects from Sales/Construction phase to Operation Contracts.
• Proactively manage and report to the client, applying contractual obligations, and extending Operation Contracts.
• Proactively develop self by undertaking sales, technical and product learning, and ensuring staff management capabilities are sufficient.
• Ensure skill development of staff within all operation division, at all levels.
• Ensure all reporting is accurate and timely.
• Management of key external stakeholder relationships.
• Other business determined upon negotiation between both parties.

Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 5 to 7 years in the relevant industry
• A good knowledge base of the country/region
• Good people-management skills
• Experience living abroad is advantageous

What will you be doing?

The Usual Stuff:
• Overseeing payroll, leave management, benefits, handling grievances, and etcccccc…...
• Crafting HR policies and refining our employee handbook
• Ensuring everything's on track - from onboarding to tax

• Forecasting of manpower movement and requiremenment (Home leave, etc)

The Not-So-Usual:
• Engaging chats with our diverse team - from the Pioneer/Merdeka generations to colleagues from Bangladesh, India, and China.
• Organizing occasional meals with team members and director
• Addressing feedback (and sometimes explaining why some ideas may not be implemented)
• Translating policies (with external parties) into native language of different groups of colleagues
• Designing and develop Accountability Chart
• Develop and growth of new departments as we scale
• Championing our core value

• Formulate wages banding within each role

• Keep track and report Performance Measure of each roles

• Provide admin support in training and material preparations and other logistics purposes.
• Assist in training, marketing, and execution of both physical and virtual training events (e.g., webinars, talks and workshops)
• Assist in managing the training calendar to ensure all training programmes are running smoothly and timely.
• Coordination of all course registrations and enrolments.
• Assist in handling trainers, clients, and end-users feedback, enquires, and correspondences.
• Provide support in answering incoming calls, appointment bookings, and administrative support whenever is needed.
• Ad hoc admin support whenever requested by the Executive Director.
