Job Description

• Support Engineer to prepare and archive final documentation packages and checks for GC repack and delivery.
• Request for quotation, prepare PR and track incoming materials for GC Team.
• Assist assembly team to prepare drawings and materials for GC production kickoff.
• Handle customer's and in house warranty cases and coordinate with logistics team on warranty parts.
• Prepare supporting documents for GC quotations and SOR.
• Main contact and support for GC team adminstrative activities.
• Backup for Assembly and Runout activities.
• Any other tasks assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or ITE with at least 2 years in Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP.
• Good time management and adherence to timeline.
• Strong and effective communicator at all levels within a multicultural working environment.
