JOB SUMMARY

• You will be the lead HR business partner to a key business unit. You will support the business unit in recruitment & selection, training & development, retention and employee relations. You will also assist the HR Department Head in assigned operational duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Division and Department heads of assigned business unit to provide HR support.
• Hands-on recruitment for the business unit assigned.
• Develop recruitment strategies and channels and manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
• Work closely with business unit to develop and implement staff training & development plans.
• Partner with line managers in handling employee grievance, discipline and performance issues.
• Support HR department initiatives and projects in rewards, competency and career development framework.
• Work with HR team in the continuous improvement of department operations.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Responsible for staff insurance claims administration and assist in insurance policies renewal.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A recognised Degree in any discipline. HR-related qualification will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Well-versed with local employment legislation and industry HR practices.
• Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.
• An innovative team player, self-motivated, pro-active, independent and meticulous.

• My client looking for a proficient IT Executive to contribute significantly to the IT automated storage and retrieval machine projects, customer warehouse integration, and providing advanced support.
• In this role, you will assist in project execution, deliver excellent customer support, and ensure seamless operations.
• Your technical skills and customer-focused approach will be vital to their success.

Responsibilities:

IT Projects Implementation:

• Aid in the software project implementation of warehouse automated storage and retrieval systems for customers, including integration with customer ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and networks.
• Collaborate in setting up machines, configuring software, conducting UAT/SIT, and providing software user training for both customers and internal staff.
• Support the software go-live process.
• Thoroughly document IT projects, detailing processes, configurations, and outcomes.
• Perform IT site visits to assess requirements, troubleshoot issues, and gather insights for improvements.

IT Service Support:

• Deliver remote helpdesk and onsite support services for customers, addressing technical needs promptly and professionally.
• Be available onsite on scheduled days to provide hands-on IT software support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed IT service reports for accurate tracking and analysis.

IT Tasks and Ad-hoc Duties:

• Undertake various IT-related tasks to effectively support onsite customers.
• Respond to IT ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.

Requirements:

• Availability to travel for customer support in Singapore and Malaysia.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Experience in software application support, particularly with systems like inventory, warehouse management, and ERP.
• Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, server setup, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to clearly escalate technical and customer inquiries to technical teams and superiors.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
• Support the administration of scholarship and internship
• Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
• Processing of Employee claims
• Employee event management ranging from sourcing of vendors, designing of EDMs and on-site support.
• Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
• Responsible for meeting KPIs
• Address to employees’ issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws

Requirements:

• At least 1 years’ experience in Recruitment and Talent Operations
• Diploma and above
• Prior experience with Workday / SAP is an added advantage
