Job Responsibilities:
- Report to Management and Directors
- Be updated on legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resource functions and ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance.
- Ensure continuity & consistency of the company’s Brand Concept & Culture
- Responsible for entire recruitment process
- Arrange necessary training program or workshop for employees
- Manage all employee issues
- Analyze & monitor wage & salary trends to determine competitiveness
- Explore welfare programs that address Life, Health & Work
- Assist in accident/injury investigations, report submission and represent the company in personnel-related hearings
- Assist in arranging Team Building activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job requirement :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 2 year experience in related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, meticulous & positive attitude
- Good team player and able to work independently
