• Co-ordinate free bus, order wreath upon death of employee immediate family member
• Issue of employee pass to recruit, and replacement for lost and damaged ones
• Monitor renewal of driving license/vocational license/work permit/employment pass
• Monitor renewal BCs who are due for contract renewal
• Cancellation of WP and employment pass, withdrawal of VL (non-local) upon BC leaving Company
• Monitor staff due for retirement
• Put up retirement case on optional/medical ground for approval
• Issue letter of certification of employment when required
• Assists in organizing monthly/quarterly orientation sessions for Head Depot

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘A’ or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Organised, meticulous and task-oriented
• Proficient in MS office
• Team player
• Preferred IHRP certified
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin in view our primary stakeholders converse mainly in these 2 languages. Able to converse in dialects is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for support day to day SAP Success Factor for master data creation and updated and reconcile errors to maintain accurate and complete HR Systems, all in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines across identified geographies.
• Preparation/generation/issuance of welcome email, reports, letters, forms, payslips etc.
• Create/update standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation eg FAQ.
• Close collaboration with market HR to manage operation inquiries, escalations, and stakeholder management.
• Execute Onboarding & Offboarding process.
• Application / renewal of work passes.
• Track new hires‘ confirmation is completed on time.
• Tax clearance for Foreign employees (IR21).
• Issuance and distribution of birthday/awards vouchers.
• E-Filing of employee’s documents.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements
