Tendering

• Monitoring the availability of prospective projects or consultancy contracts on the Singapore government and other websites (mainly GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesami)

Apex System

• Sourcing for potential deals in South East Asia / Middle East
• Identify potential opportunities for M&A in the upstream oil & gas fields
• Develop strategies for M&A in the upstream oil and gas sector, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy
• Engage in negotiations with target companies and their shareholders, reaching agreements for M&A.

Requirement

1. Degree in petroleum engineering, geology, business, or a related field. Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the oil and gas industry, particularly in upstream oil and gas fields.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effective in dealing with multiple stakeholders
3. Familiarity with relevant regulations and legal requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Sous-Chef work in daily kitchen operation
• Cook meals according to recipe
• Ensure quality and safety of cooked meals
• Supervise team of Catering Assistants
• Responsible for kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Others duties assigned by Sous-Chef  

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 year chef experience
• Hands-on experience cooking South Asian, Western and Local cuisines
• WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1
