We are an interior design firm and we are looking for a self-motivated Account cum HR staff. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corporatise our business
Responsibilities:
a. Overseeing day-to-day operations in the office and warehouse.
b. Maintaining supplies (e.g. Stationaries, food, drinks…etc)
c. Handling phone calls/emails
d. Issue invoice, Delivery order, handover form
e. Corresponds with clients and contractors regarding invoices and payments
f. General documents filing
g. Maintaining staff leaves, OT, and MC records
h. Update AMS accounting system (similar to UBS accounting system)
i. Report to the directors and handle ad-hoc assignments
j. Responsible for payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters
k. Manage recruitment cycle including sourcing, arranging for interviews, and salary proposal
l. Process work pass application, renewable and cancellation
m. Coordinate with insurance agents concerning cancellation, renewal, and new coverage of insurance
Requirements:
With 2 years of relevant work experience
Self-motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task
Ability to converse and liaise with external English and Chinese-speaking vendors and suppliers
