• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials that enhance brand visibility and drive sales
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and tastings to showcase our sake products and network within the industry
• Develop and execute a training programme for our clients to train and develop their teams to be knowledgeable on our portfolio listing at their venues and to increase the sales of sake
• Create a schedule of consumer and trade events, masterclasses, educational workshops, and activities to promote the sake beverages in our portfolio with our Retail and F&B clients and generate more sales
• Provide support for marketing activities that increase the awareness of the brands that are in our portfolio
• Operate within the company guidelines and follow the processes set up relating to the day-to-day operations of the business, be a team player, supporting the whole team to achieve the overall company sales targets and revenue goals

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Professional language proficiency in Japanese will be advantageous due to targeted Japanese market, clients, and customers
• Expertise and extensive knowledge in Sake is required
• Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills
• A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, governance, organization and management of the project team
• Responsible for project team resource planning, recruitment, training & development and retention
• Plan and recruit Project Engineers / Designers / Drafters as per the demand
• Develop, coach, guide and train the Project Engineers / Designer / Drafters
• Manage Half-yearly & yearly appraisal process for the project team for their professional & career development
• Responsible for execution all assigned projects with respect to Safety, Quality, Design, Procurement, Construction, Contractual, Budget, Schedule and Resources

• Approve Purchase Requisitions / Invoices on-time for issuing PO & payment to suppliers
• Project Cost control (including site expenditure) to ensure profit margin for the projects

• Manage cash flow of the assigned projects by ensuring regular progress claims submission & approval relating to the work progress at site
• Achieve all assigned projects’ objectives (Project On time delivery, Project Cost less than the allocated budget etc.)
• Escalate challenges to MD appropriately to resolve it on time
• Conduct regular meetings with the Project Team on Project status update
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
