Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years (degree holder) or 8 years (diploma holder) of building management, maintenance, and operation of M&E systems and equipment work experience in the real estate or related industries and with at least 5 years of supervisory experience;
• Familiar with the building industry and maintenance standards such as the Singapore Code of Practices, Singapore Standards, and Green Mark requirements;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; &
