POSITION PURPOSE

The Regional FP&A Manager is responsible for providing financial insights and supporting strategic decisions across finance and operational departments by delivering reliable data and analysis to be used in decision making and planning for the organisation.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and ad-hoc reporting. To excel in this role, the candidate would expect to have exceptional technical and organizational skills that is able to support strategic decision making to ensure the growth of the brand. Main Responsibilities

· Prepare and/or present ASIA’s Monthly Business Review with accurate monthly financial reports with reliable data and analysis to be used in decision making and planning

· Responsible for overall budgeting and monthly forecasting process, including timing and consolidation of information to provide analysis for management review

· Prepare presentations that provide insightful analysis and identify required action items

Requirements:

· University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration OR related disciplines

· CPA qualification is preferred, relevant experience with Big 4 is a plus

1. The Construction Manager shall play a key role in the conceptual development of the various construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation

About this Role:
