Hiring Strategies:

• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Align hiring processes with business needs and organizational goals.
• Leverage data analytics to refine recruitment methods and enhance the candidate experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with department heads and stakeholders, including the Ministry of Education (MOE), to understand workforce requirements and plan hiring activities.
• Collaborate on workforce planning to ensure a balanced and sustainable talent pipeline.
• Support hiring managers with insights to make informed recruitment decisions.

Recruitment and Selection:

• Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace that promotes long-term satisfaction and growth.

Employee Onboarding & Retention:

• Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

Transformation and Improvement Projects:

• Lead or contribute to HR transformation and improvement initiatives, aimed at optimizing talent acquisition processes.
• Implement tools and technology to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

HR Operations:

• Manage WICA and Work Pass applications
• Regularly review and update SOPs for relevance and compliance.

Ad-hoc Hosting Events:

• Host and represent the organization for external gusts and visitors when required.

Requirements

• A good Degree in HR or any discipline.
• Candidates should have 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• People-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Abreast with current employment legislations and HR practices.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the full experience of HR functions across (1) Talent acquisition, (2) Payroll administration, (3) Compensation & Benefits, (4) Training and development, (5) Strategic workforce planning, (6) Performance Management, (7) Employee relations, (8) Organisation development and change, (9) HR Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, and (10) others (e.g., HR Analytics & Automation).
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the institution's HR Management strategies.
• Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to the Management and employees in relation to employee life-cycle matters.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the President.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5 years of progressive HR management experience, within an international private education institution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's statutory regulations and standards (e.g., CPF, IRAS, Employment Act, TAFEP, PDPA).
• Comprehensive knowledge of EduTrust (GD Ver. 4) is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.
