It is a multi years programme started in 2019 covering:

• Integration of systems with blockchain based trade and commodity finance platforms such as Komgo/Konsole/MarcoPolo and Trade Finance Registry
• Building a robust platform to support Global Commodity Trades

The solutions are jointly built in Paris and Singapore.

As your main responsibility, you will design, develop and document IT solutions, with a focus on the integration of Trade Finance applications (Finastra software product) into the enterprise application ecosystem.

• To lead and deliver with consistently good quality UOB AML systems enhancements/changes into Production
• To provide reliable and timely Level 3 investigative and fix-it support for all UOB AML systems

• Review and contribute to test planning for SIT and UAT
• Manage and work with vendor teams to successfully deliver enhancements for AML systems
• Manage and work with stakeholders during all phases of system changes delivery
• Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in Devops environment.
• Setup and maintain application Infrastructure in Unix, Windows and Oracle environment
• Effect system changes into test and production environments by following application change implementation process via the Bitbucket, Jenkins and Aldon change management tools
• Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to raise teams competency level.
• At least 4 years of AML system enhancements for Transaction Monitoring delivery experience in the banking industry
• Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work on AML-Actimize application (RCM, SAM, AIS)
• Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of change delivery or defects fixes work
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills
• Proven and strong vendor management capability
• Good application design Operational impact awareness
• At least 9 years of total IT industry experience

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Energy broking business. This role will ensure that Deals/Trades executed by front office staff on voice or hybrid systems are captured quickly, accurately, reported to counterparties within expected timeframes and anomalies are investigated and escalated.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Provide trade support / operational support to broking desks on Energy/Oil desks
• To execute trade bookings and validation in an accurate and timely manner
• Post trade amendments, cancellations and reconciliations
• Resolving and following up on trade discrepancies or issues with Counterparties, Front Office or IT
• Work with Compliance and Technology teams to set up client and instrument files
• Ensure smooth operations of post trade process including updating counterparties and front office on trade flow.
• Producing daily and ad hoc volume and commission reports

Requirement

• ITE or Diploma or Degree education in any field
• Experience in Trade Support, Middle Office or Back Office functions
• Detail oriented, with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and issues in a time pressured environment.

• Experience with models for threat analysis, such as the Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Enterprise Data Network (administration, patching, upgrade and migration activities), Design, Preparing of HLD/LLD, Implementation Team leading, Service Level management, demand, incident, change management.
• Provide network WAN/LAN design, implementation, consulting, Cisco, Aruba, Juniper
• Network audit Identify the gaps and suggest the remedial solution. Supporting in RFP/RFI response.
• Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / Project Management - PMP
