Job Description

The Digital Technology Manager (DTM) leads and coordinates Convertium’s web technology team to deliver best-in-class thinking, planning and execution of digital solutions.

This role requires expansive interest and skills in a broad range of digital technologies, including frontend and backend development, devops, web infrastructure, and cybersecurity. The DTM is also involved with solutioning and consultanting.

People management and mentoring skills are important. You will be working with a diverse, multi-cultural team of web technologists with both broad and deep skills.

Expect to work on a wide range of clients' industries, including financial services, automotive, education, hospitality, and government. This is a client-facing role.

The DTM reports to the management supervisor of the Web Technology practice.
