You will be responsible for leading the department to define and implement our strategies for technology-business development, account management, sales and marketing, and ecosystem development. Job Responsibilities

• Technology-business Development: Lead the department to define and develop strategies for technology translation.
• Customer Relationship Management: Lead the department to win and retain industry partners and customers for high-value and sustainable engagements.
• Sales: Collect, maximise leads and close customer collaboration projects.
• Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote IME’s research capabilities to the industry. Represent IME at international conferences and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with Technology Development (TD) Teams: Partner with our "Technology Development" teams to craft robust value propositions for the industry and shape IME’s ‘go-to-market’ strategy. Detect, track and provide market trends and needs for the TD teams.
• Ecosystem Development: Liaise, coordinate and engage effectively with key internal stakeholders, including A*STAR’s Industry and Enterprise Group, other economic agencies and public sector agencies, to align efforts and achieve common goals for the Singapore semiconductor ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Science or Engineering.
• At least 10-15 years of relevant work experience.

Job Description

· Manage Payroll, Benefits Management and full set of Accounts for Customers

· Provide good Services and Timely response to Customers’ Enquiries on Payroll and Financial matters for the system offered by the company.

· Provide Feedback and Support to Product Development Teams in their efforts of continuous Enhancement of the Company’s Application Products.

· Assist in Tender Preparation, Product Development, Implementation, Testing, and Support of software applications.

· Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management

· Report on the progress of goals and objectives

· Monitor performance progress with management

Qualifications & Experience

· Degree, Diploma or equivalent in HR, Finance or Information technology majoring in HR or Finance

· Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to problems originating from customers

· Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication skills

· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

· Knowledge in Financial Accounting and HR administration an added advantage

Key Activities / Accountabilities

· To coordinate and execute Customer Sales

· To process and acknowledge customer PO

· Track and follow up customer PO delivery date

· Manage the Sales Order, Invoice and DO using the ERP system

· Coordinate and manage the logistics department for delivery matter

· Prepare shipping documents for shipment related to customer order or replacement

· Prepare quotations for Sales Team if required and record all customer quotations

· To Liaise with customer Purchasing/ Finance Team for Invoice request

· Monitor customer website portal for new PO, Invoice, and PO confirmation

· Manage customer documentations for internal reference

· Other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
