SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

· Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology, software industry with a proven delivery track record (preferable in financial services or risk).

· Hands on experience managing diverse teams (15+ staff), coaching/mentoring and people management including teams in other geographic locations.

· Leadership experience developing plans, roadmaps, partnering with diverse stakeholders, Margin Technology leadership group in EMEA, Americas.

· Experience in design and architecture of various enterprise applications with considerations of performance, scalability, resilience, supportability.

· Strong understanding of Java, C# and related technologies. Experience with relational, NoSQL Databases and SQL.

· Good experience with data modelling and data analytics.

· Solid understanding of financial industry - exchange facing and Over the Counter (OTC) business, Prime brokerage, Future and Options business.

· Experience leading teams based on overlapping geographic locations

· Strong communication and articulation skills as the role requires working with various Asia business/core teams.

· Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment working with a diverse set of colleagues and stakeholders across regions.

As an Enterprise Account Technology Strategist, you will have the opportunity to design and drive leading edge technology initiatives in partnership with your customers, both supporting your customers’ desired business outcomes and achieving Microsoft’s business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Customer AI and Security Strategy Leadership - Document and articulate the customer’s business objectives, technology landscape and AI and Security strategy.
• Technology Relevant Trusted Seller - Drive Microsoft Business growth including partner co-sell motions and governance around consumption and intent to use

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Technology Office for Chubb Life, Operations & Technology Governance Lead covers a wide spectrum of responsibilities to ensure strong governance and controls are implemented and maintained across the Group.

The role requires a high level of maturity, forward thinking and self-discipline; is expected to operate at a high level of professionalism and be skilled at stakeholder management and communication across the wider organization for Chubb Life to meet its strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Governance:

• Ensure structure execution, program governance and drive benefits management of programs within Chub Life.
• Evaluate project proposals and prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact and strategic fit.
  • Develop and implement a robust portfolio governance framework to guide decision-making processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with the portfolio, working collaboratively with project managers and stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Regularly review project progress against established KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate portfolio status, issues, and decisions to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the portfolio governance framework.

Financial Management:

• Collaborate with finance teams to manage and monitor the financial aspects of the portfolio.
• Support and drive the end-to-end process of Chubb Life IT & Ops financial analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting.

Business Case Management:

• Lead the planning, development and drafting, and oversees the production of business cases.

Additional Requirements
