Job Description

• Perform loading/ unloading/ arranging of warehouse cargo and items
• Collection/delivery of goods from/to customer scheduled by supervisor
• Check items at collection / loading
• Ensure goods are safely and timely delivered / collection
• Goods collected must be verified accordingly to customer’s gate-pass
• Assist in logistic duties, including packing & sorting of goods prior delivery
• Ensure vehicle cleaning and to upkeep vehicle maintenance, including petrol and regular vehicle servicing
• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management

Summary of role requirements:

• At least, 2 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Valid LTA Class 3 & 4 driver license
• Good driving records
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Attentive, Reliable and Disciplined
• To adhere to the company's policy, rules, and regulations
• Able to perform OT when required which include weekend and PH
• Possess strong teamwork and able to co-work and co-ordinate

Job Responsibilities:
To lead and guide the design and drafting team to support to Production and Sales Department
To review and check for discrepancies in all drawings before issue to Production Department.
To coordinate with Project Coordinator to stamp drawings with PE and monitor the approval of shop drawing.
To discuss with consultants and authorities on any discrepancies and detail changes.
To attend site meeting on technical matters when required.
Any other works as directed.

Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering
Required language(s): English
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Excel, Power point, AutoCAD, ZWCAD, TEKLA
Preferably specialized in precast industry.

Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible for managing full spectrum of HR and Administrative duties.

-Responsible for recruitment and selection and Work Pass application.

-Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files.

-Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding.

-Prepares monthly staff and foreign worker payroll.

-Monitor training and development needs.

-Participate in planning company activities such as team bonding, staff gathering, D&D etc.

-Monitor company insurance, i.e. vehicle insurance, medical insurance, workmen compensation and etc.

-Submit insurance claim to insurer.

-Monitor and order stationery and pantry items.

-Manage office administration such as pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment and etc.

-Other admin duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

-Independent, self-driven and proactive attitude.

-Candidate must possess Diploma in any field.

-At least 3 years relevant experience.

-Computer literate, required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word.
