WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor, communicate and resolve CICD pipeline incidents. Follow up on topics in relevant support channels
• Collaborate with development team to improve the reliability, scalability and performance of the pipeline solutions
• Collborate with Production to support co-development studios and external teams
• Identify potential risks and challenges, to actualize optimal pipeline solutions
• Manage and maintain source control branches, integration flows
• Setup and maintain server resources such as build machines
• Maintain documentation for workflow methods, pipeline solutions and project tools, and promote best practices
• Manage access permissions for various project resources like Perforce and AD

The candidate will work on developing an intelligent and sustainable Energy Management System (EMS) for Residential Air Conditioning (RAC). The candidate will assist in:

• Developing learning-based algorithms to optimize RAC operations based on energy cost, PV energy generation, and comfort requirements.

Your assignment

• Lead and support planning, design, architecture, implementation and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure solutions and services (data centre, servers, storage, virtualization, security, backup & monitoring) incl. evaluation and adoption of new technologies in alignment with the business plans and priorities in a consistent, holistic, and cost-effective manner
• Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop and drive the IT enterprise grade IT infrastructure roadmap and initiatives including standardization, optimization, and common operating model across the region.
• Develop, maintain and support Ikano Retail IT infrastructure solutions and services with defined standards and processes to drive availability, stability, scalability, security, and performance of IT infra solutions and services.

About the job

This role supports Store IT systems, service requests and IT incidents including IT hardware equipment, application systems and operations. This role works closely with store co-workers, super users, Service Office IT team and external IT vendors to ensure high availability, stability, and security of IT system to support store activities and operations.

Your assignment

• Perform day-to-day IT operations and support activities in the store to ensure that IT systems perform with high availability, performance, and security
• Investigate, trouble-shoot, follow up and communicate with store users on their IT support incidents and service requests with resolution, closure, work-around and escalation
• Perform Store IT support according to IT policies, standards, and SOPs
• Support IT audit, compliance, and security reviews and assessments
• Support implementation of local Store IT project activities within planned scope, schedule, and budgets
• Support Store super users in testing, training, implementation, and upgrade of Store IT systems including associated technical documentation
• Support and coordinate with Service Office IT in system security patches and anti-virus updates on Store IT systems on a needs basis
