Inside Sales Engineering.
Ā· Review customer RFQ applications/specifications and prepare technical proposals/responses.
Ā· To generate quotations for all divisional products in response to customer RFQās.
Ā· Maintaining accurate records of all quotation and contractual information.
Ā· Entering Projects onto RSMS following quotation review and action the sales team as required.
Ā· Review customer purchase orders against sales quotations to ensure that the information is complete, correct, concise and organised.
Ā· Communicate with customers for the jobs associated with projects and bring them up to date as needed.
Ā· Liaise with the operations manager and/or RSS Manager for any factory fit and/or site work needed for jobs related to projects.
Ā· Work with the sales team to gather customer information required in order to complete a contract.
Ā· Liaison with departments such as Purchasing, Production Planning, Engineering, Accounts, and Shipping ensuring fulfillment of the customer requirements.
Ā· Participating in internal and external meetings with customers, inspectors, and expeditors.
Ā· Assist with processing of sales order and other purchase order from time to time due to overload and staff absences.
Ā· Co-operate with their manager to identify and implement best practices throughout the Company.
Ā· Training other employees as needed from time to time.
Ā· As required working within a project sales team to provide a coordinated effort to ensure the Rotork outcome.
Ā· Perform other duties as assigned.
