Summary:

Reporting to the Global Audit Director in the US, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function of the regional organization, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial and operational processes. Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal audit team.

Audit Strategy:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, CIA, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading an audit function within a complex organization, ideally with Sales & Trading as well as Manufacturing Cycles
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance principles.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (SOX, GAAP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Deliver quality Audit and Assurance services including audit planning, internal control review and audit fieldwork.
