About the role

Job Descriptions:

• Work closely with various airport stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather user requirements and deliver solutions to the users.

• Perform proper project and change management to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.

Job Requirements:

• An accredited Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the related technical domains and industry
• Certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Project Management will be preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge in Networking, System Administration, and Cyber Security is a plus
• Strong analytical and project management skills

IT Operations Support Engineer

The IT Operations & Support Engineer will provide L1 operations and technical support for PMO-PSB systems, manage service delivery, and support programme delivery initiatives. This role includes responding to user requests, managing system operations, and coordinating with stakeholders for smooth and secure IT operations.

Responsibilities:

Operations & Support:

• Provide IT support for PMO program, with rostered standby duty after hours

Key Responsibilities
