Main Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional IT projects and be accountable for all resources.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan/manage change requests and escalated tickets
• Ensure proper Requirement and Design documentation.
• Conduct business requirement and design review sessions where necessary.
• Supervise and quality control on development through scenario testing (Techno Functional). Quality control on development through source code review (Technical).
• Facilitate User Acceptance Test, Training
• To support deployment if necessary.
• Attend to escalated issues and regression testing

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Studies or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of Technical or Techno-functional experience in Microsoft .NET (Web app) technologies
• Familiar with Microsoft SQL and SSRS
• Experience in MS Dynamics CRM (2015 or other versions) will be advantageous.
• Experience in Healthcare or Finance domain will be advantageous.
• Experience in Integration with external/government agencies will be advantageous.

Description

• Provide 1st and/or 2nd level support to all users.
• Assist in setup, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical hardware, network and system (Include but not limited to Printers, Local Servers, Firewall Router, Computer, PDA, Smartphone & in-house operation program)
• Assist in system accounts administration, ensuring proper recording of IT hardware assets distribution and purchase.
• Assist IT Manager in system analysis, database design and process design so as to develop solutions for fulfilling business requirements.
• Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance to protect data accuracy.
• Conduct individual or group training sessions regarding in-house application and related tools for internal employees
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field with 2 years application and desktops support.
• Good communication & analytical skills; team player who is able to work independently; able to generate clear documentation.
• Committed and responsible team player with a pleasant personality.
• Product knowledge of Windows server, Google Apps, Kaspersky Antivirus, Symantec Backup, SQL database & reporting and web-based systems programming experience (Javascript, HTML, ASP.Net, XML) will be an added advantage.
• IT certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CISA, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP SA or MCITP EA will be an added advantage

Principal Accountabilities:

• Daily review and circulation of physical and futures prices to Trading & Shipping desk

• Preparation of daily position report generated from Aspect CTRM and monitoring market exposure against limits

• Playing a key role in ensuring that the Operations Team (based in Jakarta) updates contract life cycle data in the CTRM system in a timely and accurate manner

• Preparation of the weekly M2M & shipment PNL report that consists of actualised YTD P&L and unrealised P&L from upcoming shipments and marking to market open trades

• Participating in bi-weekly Trading calls to understand market outlook and to get inputs on prices to mark-to-market open trades/positions

• Provide market research, hedging analysis, publications info, scenario/stress testing analysis and other requisite information to Traders as and when required

• Working with the Risk Head to improve reports in CTRM and to be involved in the creation of new reports as and when there is a requirement

• Running KYC checks on new counterparties and conducting regular credit reviews on key counterparties with large open account or prepayment limits

• Prepare counterparty & country level exposure reports

• Active involvement in the preparation of monthly board reporting materials which include market risk and credit risk VaR numbers, business performance summary, financial and operational info. Final dashboard output is generated using Tableau

• Prepare data and slides for ad-hoc projects and other requests from banks and lenders

• Work with Risk Head and CFO to review, update and implement Risk & ESG related policies on a regular basis

• Improving department processes such as backtesting of VaR and documenting risk policies for external stakeholders

• Ability to reach out to Traders and senior stakeholders in the organisation with minimal guidance after a few months into the role
