•Collaborates with Application teams and other infra teams to develop technical solutions and enhancements.
•Drive the on boarding of new applications on to the production environment.
Maintain Security:
•In accordance with Bank’s security directives, assists to deploy, maintain, and enhance the security of all infrastructure systems through administrative, preventive, detective, and reactive controls, such as change and configuration management, anti-virus measures, patch management, and system scans.
•Support and operate the proxies

Job Requirements:

•At least 4-7 years of relevant Infrastructure support and OS administration
•Minimum 3 years hands-on working experience managing production application support
•Knowledge in Proxies; Fortinet, Squid, HA proxy
•Good command in Microsoft Office products.
•Must have good communication and writing skills. Able to drive meetings and coordinate different stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, ensuring smooth operation of computers, network devices, and printers.
• Install, configure, and manage end-user laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Create and manage user accounts and mailboxes on Active Directory (AD) and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, Office applications, and hardware diagnostics for PCs and notebooks.
• Perform antivirus management (e.g., Windows Defender, Symantec, McAfee).
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Document standard operating procedures and contribute to technical documentation.
• Manage asset inventory and liaise with vendors for pricing, quotations, and procurement.
• Collaborate with teams to improve internal processes and technical solutions.

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of IT technical and end-user support experience.
• Strong knowledge of PC and notebook hardware diagnostics and repair.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting O/S, Office applications, and application-related issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with asset management and inventory maintenance.
• Familiarity with mobile device management tools.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
