• Maintain the health and integrity of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and user access control.
• Develop and implement best practices for data entry, hygiene, and management.
• Provide ongoing support and training to CRM users across the organization.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.

KEY DECISIONS:

• CRM project planning, implementation and execution.
• Provide actionable insights and evaluate action plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, data science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in CRM. Medical solutions, pharmaceutical, healthcare IT or Biotechnology is a plus.
• Proven experience in CRM with project management, analytics, operations, or a similar role.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data and apply them to improve sales pipeline performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptionally organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Description:

• Engagement of residents and community partners to address enquiries about population health, services, initiatives and link up with the appropriate team.
• Proactively liaising with medical teams and community partners to facilitate coordination of community-based services for residents.
• Support the navigation and provision of community-based resources and services to support residents and caregivers to take charge of own health.
• Assisting residents with community appointment related requests.
• Conduct outbound nudges to encourage enrolment and participation in screening and vaccination.
• Proactive team player to contribute to service improvement initiatives and projects and be part of implementation.
• Scan for new ways, tools and technology to improve resident and partners’ experience and efficiency of processes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
