RESPONSIBILITY
You will be working in a Government Agency as a member of the GovTech project
team, comprising the Business Analyst, Solution Architect (where applicable) and the
IT Infrastructure Engineer. in this role, you will also work in collaboration with Agency
users.
Responsible for the overall success of a project by
ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business
requirements, Operations, Maintenance and Monitoring of Systems
and comply with IT governance framework, including security and resilience.
lead/coordinate/liaise withGovTech/Auditors for various audits and oversee the
implementation of QMS
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, InformationSystems, Information/Infocomm
- Technology,Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience
- Participated in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile
- Methodology with past development experience
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas
- and influence stakeholders
- Added advantage if possess the following:
- Project Management (Agile) experience
- Project Management related certification such as CITPM,COMIT or PMI Experience
- in Audit/Quality Management and Portfolio Management
