Your new role

· Design and develop GenAI applications using LLMs for specific use cases, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

· Integrate insights from human cognitive processes, such as decision-making and emotional responses, into AI application development.

· Collaborate with teams to identify use cases for GenAI applications.

· Optimize the performance and user engagement of LLMs.

· Stay abreast of latest developments in GenAI, LLMs, cognitive science, and psychology.

· Test and refine applications based on user feedback and cognitive principles.

What you need

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related fields.

· Proven experience in GenAI development, particularly with LLMs.

· Familiarity with cognitive science or psychology in decision-making and emotional response contexts.

· Previous experience working on the design of LLMs, LangChain, and open-source solutions such as Falcon and Llama.

· Demonstrated ability in developing innovative AI solutions and contributing to open-source projects.

What will you be doing?

Safety policy and objectives

• Support the implementation, maintenance and improvement of KONE safety management system (operating model) including worker, user and third party safety
• Cultivate an understanding and actively caring culture for safety. Act as a role model  
• Compile, maintain and improve safety documentation together with the unit safety team
• Actively participate in and contribute to unit safety committee and other safety forums
• Provide professional advice and support to the unit on matters affecting safety
• Plan, participate in and implement projects and activities to improve safety
• Work closely with customers and partners, including KONE subcontractors
• Support the development, review and exercise of crisis and emergency response plans   

Safety risk management

• Monitor and develop safety risk management processes, tools and practices
• Support safety related change management projects and initiatives

Safety assurance

• Collect, measure and ensure accuracy of leading and lagging safety data. Report performance  
• Monitor legal and business environment development in safety, identify and propose actions
• Perform safety audits regularly to verify compliance, identify uncontrolled risks and deviations
• Assist line management in safety audits/visits and support the audit process improvement
• Analyze and investigate incidents. Support the investigation process improvement
• Manage corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement

Safety promotion

• Develop own competences as a safety specialist in co-operation with the manager
• Support the training and development of others’ safety competences in the unit
• Proactively communicate safety information including investigation outcomes and best practices

Are you the one?

• Recognized professional qualification in safety.
• Registered as WSH Officer with MOM for at least 10 years preferred.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in the building construction industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of applicable safety regulations
• Safety management system, tools and certifications experience
• Problem solving, incident management, auditing and analysis skills
• People management, training and communication skills
• Strong people and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in digital and mobile environment
• Project and change management skills
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in relevant field  
• MRT and LTA project experience preferred.
