A. Overall Purpose Of The Job
Support Talent Acquisition Lead to execute talent acquisition agenda for the Singapore site through the implementation of talent acquisition frameworks, programs and processes, enabling business functions to grow from strength to strength.
B. Key Responsibilities
ยท Implement talent acquisition strategy as well as performing the end-to-end process of sourcing to hiring.
ยท Support internal communication strategies & prepare related materials to drive effective employee engagement and strengthening companyโs employer branding.
ยท Keep up to date on latest sourcing techniques on LINKEDIN, MyCareersFuture, or any other company appointed system to ensure effective sourcing efforts.
ยท Pro-actively expand and grow the talent pipeline by reaching out to passive candidates, building and maintaining relationships with them.
ยท Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
ยท Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
ยท Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
ยท Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
ยท Generate and analyze recruitment reports for continuous improvement.
C. Job Profile
ยท Minimum Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
ยท With 3 years of Talent Acquisition experiences
ยท Demonstrate experience in managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
ยท Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (eg. LinkedIN, MyCareersFuture)
ยท Strong knowledge of MOM rules and regulations.
ยท Strong customer focus & growth mindset.
ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ยท Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
