This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive PR strategy and plans that support the overall product marketing plans.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales teams, and the appointed PR agency to develop the overall PR strategy and plans for HMGICS products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all media contacts, key opinion leaders, and key industry stakeholders.
• Plan and organize media engagement events, including product previews, launches, and showcases.
• Manage the development and distribution of press materials, including media releases, keynote speeches, product factsheets, etc.
• Actively pitch new story angles/media interviews to maximize product exposure.
• Manage the HMGICS Newsroom to ensure all product news and information (local/global) are updated in a timely manner.
• Oversee the overall management of media test drives and the test car fleet.
• Monitor industry trends and news, and conduct monthly media monitoring of HMGICS clippings.
• Serve as the key liaison for all product-related media inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations (preferably in the Automotive industry)
• Strong knowledge of traditional and digital PR techniques, including media relations, influencer marketing, and content creation

The centre is seeking to hire a staff to manage the laboratory operations and activities. The candidate would be responsible for providing efficient technical and administrative support for the labs. He/she will also need to oversee the safety standards in the lab in compliance to ISO 45001 standard. The candidate will provide essential technical, administrative support and engineering expertise to faculty, research staff, and students to ensure the smooth operation and safety of the laboratories in enabling the faculty, research staff and students to accomplish their academic and research activities effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Provide training, expertise, maintenance and support in equipment operations on additive manufacturing and related processes:

• Operate all relevant equipment and accessories (within a team or individually depending on activity)
• Understand and implement existing and emerging technologies in additive manufacturing
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of equipment, and ensure equipment is in working condition at all times
• Oversee lab activities to enforce proper and safe utilization
• Provide technical advice and support on equipment including responding to technical questions, troubleshooting and correcting experimental errors
• Coach researchers on the operation of equipment and in carrying out experiments in a safe and effective way
• Liaise with all relevant internal and external stakeholders and manage vendors and contractors for the technical needs of the laboratory

Perform routine checks and inspection of assigned laboratories and researcher office to maintain good housekeeping, enforce safety regulations and create safety awareness among all stakeholders:

• Conduct daily housekeeping and regular checking of all contents of the assigned laboratories and researcher office to ensure compliance to safety regulations
• Follow up on all safety inspection findings and ensure the corrective actions are implemented on schedule
• Perform in assigned safety role(s)
• Regular updates of lab records and documentation

Support the daily operations of all safety, administrative, procurement and security matters in SC3DP:

• Ensure that duties are carried out in compliance to safety, OHSAS 18001/SS 506/ISO 45001:2018 and relevant national regulations
• Maintain security of laboratory’s access and compliance of house rules by users of the laboratory
• Enforce safety, security rules and regulation in the laboratory
• Ensure all Risk Assessment and safety documents are up to date
• Procures and manages the budget of equipment consumables to ensure that consumables are tracked and purchased in time to ensure that the laboratory is well-stocked.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in handling various industrial / workshop machines and peripherals.
• Prior experience in additive manufacturing and working in a laboratory environment will be an advantage.

Our Logistics Specialist has primary responsibility for controlling the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through to customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. You will ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes and build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. In addition, you will identify problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assess each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare all required documents related to shipping such as Commercial Invoice, Shipper's Letter of Instruction, packing slips and other required documents
• Ensure materials are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to internal documented processes, including planning transportation, selecting mode of transportation, and tracking the shipment through the Supply Chain while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, and contractual requirements using OTM tool
• Analyze transportation costs and trends, update performance metrics, and prepare routine reports identifying actions for continued improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of blockchain experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with any 2 of the following languages with the ability and willingness to learn new languages: Java, Golang, RUST.
• At least 1-year experience of working crypto exchanges OR 1 year of experience running traditional trading systems or forex/equity exchanges
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to share/collaborate with peers
• Ability to hire and manage large technical teams, both front end, and back end, managing applications in all platforms including Web, Android, iOS, Mac, Windows,etc.
• Ability to write, audit and deploy code, and set up proper processes for other people to do this with utmost cybersecurity

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our collaborative team to provide support in developing and implementing regulatory compliance policies for AIA FA WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Responsible for engagement with internal and external partners to deliver Compliance's initiatives. Responsible for the development and implementation of relevant Compliance policies and procedures that is vital to support the objectives and values of AIA FA to manage corporate-level regulatory risks. Collaborating closely with Sales team to ensure quality recruitment of representatives and putting in place controls and programs to monitor and ensure quality business brought in by the representatives.
