• Oversee the administration and communication of all elements of contractual terms and conditions from bid through to contract close-out and final settlement.
• Examines and have clarity on project budget and delivery schedules and develops the ability to gauge clear variances to contract and proactively take the lead to take actions that would benefit / reduce project risks.

This includes creating invoicing procedures as per the contract and clearly articulated to the respective project stakeholders who are involved in the invoicing process.

• Working closely with the Project Manager, Project Cost Controller and Project Coordinator to ensure there is clarity in the understanding of the contract by the PMT
