Responsibilities

• Work closely with Supply Chain various department on daily operation matters
• Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning to support production schedule
• Production scheduling & backlog management
• Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and generate daily receiving lists to the warehouse.
• Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL.
• Ensure timely delivery of material to support the plant's operation and customer's shipment demands.
• Analyze and close monitoring of excess and obsolete inventory
• Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.
• Work closely with sub-con on the delivery arrangements to meet our customer request.
• Ensure planning activities and procedures are in compliance with the company's ISO 14001/9001.
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of experience.
• SAP Planning experience is an added advantage.
• Production & material planning related experience.
• Resourceful, team player, self-motivated and positive personality
• Good communications skills and proficiency in MS Office

The QA Specialist for Cytiva is responsible to support QA operations in the manufacturing site, such as Change Control, Internal Quality Audit, Deviation and CAPA management, Documentation management, Training management etc.

• Performing batch record review and release, ensuring that products are released in a timely and compliant manner

We are looking for a Senior Technical Specialist to join our regional Scientific and Laboratory Services (SLS) team to provide technical support to SEA (SouthEast Asia) Microelectronics customers in support of achieving Sales targets.

You will use your acquired experience and knowledge of the semiconductor industry to be the technical leg of a triad, that includes Marketing and Sales. Together you will work with our customers to recommend or develop filtration solutions that meet their process requirements, present filter application performance data, coordinate technical review meetings, conduct filtration seminars, and obtain technical voice-of-customer (VoC) about filtration technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

·Develop and recommend process appropriate filtration schema for various applications (Wet Cleans, Photolithography, CMP, UPW, etch, etc)

·Lead and direct the test plans to drive the resolution of complex or unusual performance problems by applying advanced analytical thought and judgment

·Write and present technical reports to internal and external stakeholders

·Drive the technical execution of and the risk analyses of improved marketed filter

·Promote and report the results of prototype filter evaluations

·Collect and report VOC about filter performance gaps and requirements for next generation processes

·Identify and promote collaboration opportunities with customers and write joint papers, as appropriate

Basic Requirements:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collect feedback and craft various problem statements within the organisation to support innovation pipeline and to ensure that each stage of the design thinking framework process is applied to each initiative.
2. Assist Head of Innovation in to framing and crafting the appropriate narrative for project briefs, progress reports, etc.for each new innovation to be tested and or deployed.
3. Scoping and managing innovation initiatives / projects for feasibility of solutions/products to solve unique problem statements faced by the YCH Group’s world class operations and customers.
4. Deployment of various solutions in accordance with the company’s innovation roadmap. This includes, but is not limited to, project management, gathering of requirements, solution design, implementation, verifying efficacy of proposed solution, training, etc.
