• Develop and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and relevant documentation in compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and best industry practices, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Collaborate closely with the customer's and the company's operations teams to plan and implement mutually agreed HSE plans, including best practices.
• Work with key stakeholders on the Safety Observation Sheet, including its review and closure.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

· Back office operations for IRS, FX/FX Options, FX Structures and Money Markets transactions booked and supported out of the Hong Kong and Singapore Booking Centres.

· Conducting daily activities professionally and accurately and ensuring all guidelines/policies are followed to mitigate any errors or losses to maintain operational excellence.
