OVERALL

• The Marketing Planning Analyst will have a holistic view of all the marketing activities across segments and products for WRB in accordance with WRB business ambitions. He/she will formulate strategic, and integrated marketing plan with his/her team, supporting the Head of Marketing Strategy.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities would includes

• Strategize, execute, and report on ongoing digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales conversions.
• Develop and manage a robust marketing automation strategy to nurture leads using tools such as chatbots, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Oversee agency partners in executing and optimizing digital campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, ensuring performance and ROI.
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and execute go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans, leveraging internal and external resources to ensure successful product launches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional marketing teams to launch products, creating engaging campaigns that drive product awareness and support its lifecycle.

Skills and experience required

• Min 3 -4 years of relevant digital marketing exp with a background in a digital agency would be ideal
