Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and detailed end to end test cases for the assigned projects relating to the digital platform’s user acceptance testing.
2. Able to write test cases in JBehave for agile projects.
3. Expert in using testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc to execute and maintain project status.
4. Knowledge of web and mobile application testing in banking domain, with good time management and keen eye for details to ensure quality and timely output
5. Detect, report and track defects in the application tools and with various stakeholders to ensure proper closure of issues.
6. Collaborate with all stakeholders proactive to complete job assigned from clarification to issue closure.
7. Good with documentation as constant update to project changes will need to be updated timely

Required Experience
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in web and mobile application testing in the banking industry is preferred.
• Strong analytic skills to process complex requirement to come up with end to end scenarios and test cases
• Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodology, and understand the life cycle of testing in both automated and manual testing
• Have experience in running or being part of an agile project team in banking industry and have had hands on experience on JBehave
• Understanding Java and VB Scripting will be an advantage, for automation QA role hands on usual of selenium or Appium is a must for consideration
• Experience with Quality assurance processes and JIRA is a must
• Good stakeholder engagement skills with strong verbal and written communication is required as will need to collaborate closely across multiple teams during project execution
• Good team player with strong organizational skills and can work independently with minimum guidance

• Automation - hands on experience with Selenium or Appium and Java is a must
• Banking channel experience else is a must

Function and Duties

-> Secretariat support

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Directors within the organization.
• Organize business travel including reservation of hotel accommodation, ticketing, travel documents application etc. for the Senior Directors and their staff, as well as for overseas visitors.
• Preparation and submission of travel expense reports for the Senior Directors.
• Organize meetings, workshops, conferences by providing logistics supports such as inspection of venue, invitation, coordinate agenda, confirmation of participants attendance, hotel reservations, transport etc.
• Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system.
• Coordinate Company townhall sessions and assist to organize company events/functions.
• Provide secretarial support for company management meetings

-> Handle day-to-day administrative and front desk reception duties including:

• Attending to visitors;
• Phone calls;
• Booking appointments/meeting rooms;
• Stocking the pantry;
• Sorting/ filing documents;
• Data entry;
• Arranging couriers for mail;
• Maintain safe, neat and tidy office/pantry areas etc.

-> Responsible for office and operations admin-related tasks including:

• Sourcing & purchasing of corporate name cards, gifts, printing material, stationery, and office pantry provisions etc.;

-> Supporting HR department with updating training courses calendar, sending of gifts/wreaths and organizing of HR related activities.
-> Any other administrative tasks assigned.

Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma preferably in Business Studies/Management or a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant reception / administrative support experience in a corporate setting.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Possess PC skills with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Outlook and calendar management.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• A passion to learn, grow and be involved.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Flexible Work Arrangements will be limited due to a number of office responsibilities.

• Checking and monitoring the Access & intrusion list and administration for Security Firewall.
• Daily checking and monitoring Anti-virus definition file update on PC, laptop and servers.
• Perform various Windows and Windows Server Operating Systems administration, installation, patches review and installation and problem troubleshooting.
• Perform Email system, Cisco Router, Cisco Switch and IP PABX administration and maintenance.
• Review and conduct impact analysis of IT infrastructure requirements and issues.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for software and hardware.
• Perform Ad-hoc assignment as and when request.
• Responsible for managing company IT assets.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• Knowledge on Cisco VLAN, Cisco Access Points, WAN, Security Firewall, SSL VPN, Microsoft Outlook, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, ACL, GPO, Microsoft Office, Windows and Windows Server operating system
• knowledge on Avaya IP PABX System
• Knowledge on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Cloud platforms and services
• Possess knowledge of integration with SaaS platforms

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of sustainability concept & principles
• Familiarity with Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Sustainable Procurement (ISO 20400), SMETA and Ecovadis would be advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience in using data visualization tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Good communicator with ability to influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders and able to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

• Accountable for account planning and sales strategies.

• Hunt for new accounts and expand the client base in the financial industry.

• Manage bid management and proposal generation for sales opportunities.
