The Assistant IT Manager will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the Hotel’s MIS department/section and its operations. He/she will advise program developments for users of front and heart of house. · To ensure that all critical systems are established with a maintenance contract with a schedule SLA in place and fees are timely paid.

· To exercise emergency procedures for the continuity of the Hotel's operations in the event of a system failure. Procedures should include various steps to be taken during the daytime, during the nights and on weekends and public holidays.
