Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years Experience in full spetrum of HR Duties preferably in construction sector
• Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
• Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
• Knowledge of Times Payroll software is an added advantage
• Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible of attending to Guest enquiries and feedback received via email, online platforms and on site
• Supervise a team of guest correspondence coordinators, and ensures consistency, quality and the provision of exemplar customer service via written and verbal manner
• Conduct tele conversation with Guests where applicable
• Ensures timely and appropriate responses and provide appropriate compensation where applicable, through proper documentation processes
• Motivate and drive the correspondence team to exceed expectations
• Provide coaching, counselling and guidance to team members in daily operations, ensuring compliance to departmental standards
• Perform various administrative duties and daily paperwork
• Ensure reports required are generated dutifully
• Ensure the efficient and effective management of the Lost & Found matters
• Work closely with cross departmental to achieve resolution for Guest feedback
• Work closely with the Area Manger and management team on monitoring and evaluating workflow processes and identify areas for improvement
• Assist management team in other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism or any other relevant discipline
• Service oriented with strong leadership skills, able to communicate effectively in English and a second language (preferably Mandarin)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Complete fluency in English and excellent writing skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Job Scope:

• Handle HR tasks relating to HR policies, Unit4 Prosoft HRMS, talent acquisition, on/off boarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, etc
• Support the management in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment

• Handle end-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation and ad-hoc processing of commission payment and referral fees for employees, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness in the payment of salaries in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Maintain up-to-date forms/records on training and to administer training for employees
• Plan, coordinate and organize, which are inclusive but not limited to meetings, events, etc
• Procure office stationery, business cards, company stamps, uniforms, etc and issue to employees
• Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Description:
· Monitor shipment ETD & ETA date and ensure receipt of shipping documents from supplier

- Liaise with suppliers on amendment/discrepancies during draft documentation checking and verification before requesting for final documentation

- Issue import work order to forwarder and warehouse for import clearance and cargo receiving purposes

- Liaise with 3rd party warehouse provider to ensure on time clearance and unstuffing

- Liaise with Accounts executive for documentations that are going to bank

- Liaise with courier in for urgent case of OBL submission from bank to carrier

- Monitor and ensure the unstuffing report from 3rd party warehouse provider being received within working days after unstuffing

- Check and ensure the accuracy of unstuffing report. For discrepancies, damage and torn bags, to report to Manager for follow up with supplier

- To ensure that complete full set of shipping documents (signed COA & Work order, HC, Permit (if any) are available in SharePoint for each work order once work order is posted in Navision

- For CIF/CIP shipment, to monitor the damage quantity in unstuffing report and submit insurance claim if meet to claim criteria in insurance policy

- Submit claims to suppliers when necessary
