4. Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incomplete information or documents
5. Coordination with booking agents or ship operators for status of supply schedule / vessel loading
6. Collaborate closely with the planner to ensure timely supply and corrdination.
7. Tally overall order received at the end of day to ensure all order is not missed out.
8. Ensure all delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch) once job completed and forward to customers as proof of delivery
9. Closing of job orders for billing once job is completed.
10. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives
11. Foster long-term, sustainable relationships with customers by maintaining open, transparent and interactive communication, thereby building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

Support 360 marketing communication activities:

• This would entail project management and liaison with creative and media agencies to drive delivery of exciting campaign materials to rally Singaporeans to help the vulnerable segments of the society to be digitally able.
• Support marketing activities to Partners (private companies, social service agencies etc) to amplify the initiatives and programmes.
• This can range from producing marketing assets like collaterals and videos showcasing the programmes and partnerships to organising events. You will also be a brand custodian of how the programme logos are applied on partners’ collaterals.
• Manage the digital platforms that are used as engagement touchpoints to inform about our programmes and actions Singaporeans can take to build a digitally inclusive society.
• Coordinate and prepare reporting on the Key Performance Indicators to track and monitor marketing outcomes.
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.
