Key Responsibilities

--Experienced with customer service + receptionist duties.

--Be able to multi-task, answer phone calls, register and bill patients and reply text messages.

Key Requirements

--Relevant aesthetic clinic experience would be a plus.

--Proficient in English and Mandarin languages.

--Minimum Diploma qualifications.

--Cheerful warm personality.

• Manage GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
• Handle monthly closing for FI and CO.
• Prepare management reports and audit schedules.
• Process invoices, staff claims, and GST submissions.
• Support cashflow planning and government filings.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP HANA system.
