Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Functions:

· Manages assigned product portfolio and generate sales to achieve revenue, target and budget.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge of sales product

· Build strategic relationship with product vendors and partners to provide solutions to partners and end users.

· Conduct and assess market and competitive analysis to develop efficient business strategy and generate higher Sales Revenue.

· Develops product concept and provide a unique value based on the requirements of clients.

· Clearly articulate and present the business value of the product to business partners

· Prepare and conduct periodic product updates and enablement for Channel Partners

· Provides Business and Revenue Forecast, including periodic reviews with relevant product vendors on business and sales activities

· Develops marketing strategies or programmes by collaborating with Marketing Team

· Obtains Bill of Material and pricing by working with presales team on product solution.

· Facilitates inventory turnover / management / control by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels

Requirements:

● Job Postings: Regularly update and refresh job postings on MyCareersFuture and university career portals to attract qualified

● Admission Assessments: Administer and monitor online challenges and aptitude tests, assisting candidates with technical issues and ensuring smooth completion.

● Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview logistics, arranging schedules between candidates and interviewers, and ensuring candidates have a positive experience upon arrival.

● Contract Management: Track trainee contract signing status, following up as needed to ensure timely completion of agreements.

Program Management

Training Needs Analysis: Assist the Programme Manager in assessing training needs,identifying gaps in existing programs, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall training experience.

● Cohort Planning: Monitor applicant pipeline numbers to assist with for upcomingcohorts and resource allocation.

● Candidate Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new trainees, ensuring they are enrolled in the appropriate assessments and training modules.

● Program Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the Programme Manager for the effective execution of both the ASTP and other training programs,including organising workshops and events.

● Ad Hoc Duties: Assist in various tasks related to program delivery, trainee support, and overall program management as required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management reports and other financial reports required by management
• Handle full set of accounts, month-end closing, and GST preparation and submission.
• Assist in validating sales invoices created by staff in Xero
• Monitor AR and work closely with staff through frequent communications with staff regarding collections of outstanding receivables, and emailing receipts to customers
• Responsible for the processing of staff claims and vendor payments
• Liaise with internal and auditors on the internal audits and annual audits of financial statements
• Liaise with banks, and other external parties
• Supports systematic filing and retrieval of accounting records
• Liaise with donors on donations-related matters

·       Identify areas for improvement and develop good accounting control procedures to enhance work quality and efficiency.

·       Assist in any other related duties assigned by your Head of Department

·       Assist in admin matters and organisational events and activities when required

• Finance & accounting experience, preferably in non-profit organization

• ·Minimum 1 year experience in Finance and/or relevant fields is preferred 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to communicate, build and maintain good relationship with the community.
