  • Data Migration: Collaborate with the data migration team to ensure accurate and complete data transfer from the legacy system to the new core banking system; Validate data integrity and completeness post-migration.
  • Post-Production Rollout Support: Assist in the planning and execution of post-production rollout activities; Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues. Prepare and present project documentation and reports as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to user requirements and testing, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from users post-implementation and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system functionality.

Requirements:
