Responsibilities:

1. Travel management - full suite from visa, logistics, greetings, and meeting arrangements

2. Schedule management - full suite (both private and personal activities)

3. Upkeep CEO’s calendar, daily schedule and following up on outstanding matters in a timely manner. Organize meetings and schedule calendar and perform as document keeper for minutes of meeting and agreements/contracts.

4. Review and produce documents, briefing papers, report and presentation

5. Act as the point of contact between Management/Executives and Employees/Clients

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project implementation and execution and providing regular updates to the CEO.

7. Expense claims and credit card reconciliation

8. Ad-hoc jobs as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience:

1. Diploma or relevant certifications in administration / secretarial studies

2. Preferably, a degree in Business Administration/Management, coupled with experience in an executive assistant/personal assistant.

3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Good coordination skills

6. Ability to work independently

7. Excellent MS office knowledge

8. Experience with Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Outlook, Minutes Taking and Calendar Management

9. Professional discretion and able to maintain confidentiality at all times, highly trustworthy

10. Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and support Sales team activities on administration of purchase orders and invoices.
• Preparation of related administrative paper documentation.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers on logistic and delivery arrangements.
• Responsible for client's inquiries and quotations.
• Keep track of payments for all events and following up with tracers to issue invoices.
• Attend to general enquiries over the phone and email, gathering and evaluating feedback from customers.
• Supporting Event team in organisation of sales events.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales support experience.
• Strong organization, time management skills and ability to work with senior internal stakeholders.
• Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm.
• New office is set to relocate to Expo in Q2/Q3 2024.

Sales Executive (Equipments)

• Location: Ubi
• Working Days: 5 day work week.
• Working hours : Monday to Friday 0830am to 530pm
• Salary : S$2,500 - S$2,800 basic+ Allowances

Responsibility:

• Research and visit new potential business opportunities.
• Research and analyse sales options.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new
• products.
• Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports.
• Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
• Responsible for sales and development of products (Food industry/retail equipment)
• Manage dealer network and sales projection.
• Present proposals to customers and negotiate contracts that result in sales closure.
• Liaise with product principal.

Requirement:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma Certification.
• Willing to hunt for new clients & understand the market.
• Interest in food industry/retail equipment
