Role and Responsibilities

1. Monthly Reporting

• Credit card receivable and commission report for all FNB outlet, front office, grab merchant, online payment
• Public Relations budget and section fund
• Bank credit card settlement (actual receipt) input into system
• GST Submission
• Weekly jackpot collection & monthly meter reconciliation

2. Annual Budget & Annual Forecast & Mthly IE conversion to Excel Formats for HODs & GM

3. Audit - Interim & Final Audit

• Prepare accounting schedules for auditors and co-ordinate with auditors to process all necessary work.
• Final Audit - submit accounts schedules
• Final audit - document requested by auditors

4. Ensure correct and accurate Receipts and Payments

Receipts

• Review and sign on payment vouchers for PRM payments
• Prepare PV for credit cards commission and bank charges

Payments

• Progressive update for FNB receipt and other invoice receipts.
• Input DBS Bank payment entries to accounting system.

Other Debtors

• Billing for Other Debtors and follow up on collection to ensure receipts are complete.
• Liaise with Marketing team to complete the receipt cycle.

5. Others

• Any other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management
• Joint Support in Club activities – example cashiering for F1 race and Club family day activities and Admin support for AGM, EOGM etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma in Finance or Accounts
• Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Knowledge and usage of Accounting software.

Required Skills

• Meticulous team player with excellent time management
• Working experience in a Club or have good knowledge in handling Statement of Accounts

Would be advantageous

• Good Interpersonal skills and able to interact with internal departments and with members in a professional and responsive manner

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Head of Finance & HR in the review, development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes and programmes
• Consult and work with business units to design and provide value-added HR services and support to staff
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes assigned, e.g. recruitment, orientation, processing of new appointments, contract renewals, exit management, performance management, administration of leave, employee benefits, compensation, awards, communication and staff wellness programmes, & etc.
• Process monthly payroll timely for Foreign Worker level workers
• Administer Foreign Workers Medical and Work Injury claims and submit the claims timely
• Provide support to the introduction of HR programs from conceptualization to program management
• Handle all programme registration related matters as well as liaise with participants/companies
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Min one year relevant working experience.
• Relevant experience preferred in HR function
• Familiar with WP/ EP online transaction and Employment Act
• Payroll experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet deadlines, meticulous and accurate.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent numeric skills with exceptional attention to details
• 5 days week

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts, including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, fixed assets registers, and general ledger maintenance
• Manage month-end closing process and ensure all month-end journals, AP, and AR sections are closed promptly
• Perform Internet banking & monthly bank reconciliation
• Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements for Management Reporting
• Preparation of analytical reports to the management team
• Prepare and Review all Balance Sheet Schedule to its control accounts including bank reconciliations
• Prepare Accounts Payable & periodic reconciliation of vendors' statement of accounts
• Assist in year-end audit & preparing audit schedules including liaising with external/internal auditors and tax agents as required
• Handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting exercises.
• Support the implementation of new processes and systems
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management

Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI/CAT qualifications or equivalent with at least 3 years experience
