Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational and project implementation matters.

Requirements

• Hold any of the following training certification:
  • ACTA - Advanced Certificate I Training & Assessment;
  • ACLP – Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance;
  • DACE – Diploma in Adult Continuing Education, or
  • DDDLP – Diploma in Design & Development of Learning for Performance
• Aviation experience
• Teaching experience

Job Description:

• Perfom daily administrative duties and general office adminitration.

• Keep employee attendance and leave records up to date

• Work pass management:application,renewal ,cancellation

• Filling of HR documents

• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates & interviewing

• Flight ticket and hotel booking for business travels

• Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers

• Any other HR & GA functions as needed

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Human Resources or related majors

• At least 2 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably within a MNC environment
