Role:

• Comprehend and address client needs, delivering customized solutions.
• Adhere to established sales protocols to advocate and sell Marine Port Agency Services, UTG, and Offshore Diving Division Services.
• Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to devise sales strategies aligned with business division objectives.
• Actively engage in the market, prioritize customer interactions, and occasionally conduct visits to understand and address customer needs, emphasizing the value of our services.
• Generate intricate and value-driven quotes that underscore unique selling points based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotes to ensure comprehension and alignment with customer needs.
• Conduct business development activities, maintain client follow-ups, and collaborate with third parties as required.

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships through high-quality work and fair dealings.
• Collaborate closely with HOD/LM to master cost planning and budgeting, establishing the project’s cost baseline and negotiating with clients accordingly.
• Represent the company at workshops, webinars, seminars, exhibitions, etc., fostering connections with clients and showcasing our services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and acquire new clients to augment business turnover.
• Execute any additional duties assigned by Managers and Directors in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Preferred candidates possess 2 years of Business Development experience in industries such as shipping industry/minimally logistics industry

• Provide administrative and secretarial support eg.schedule management, booking meeting venue, handling meeting logistics, and managing requests from staff and external companies as well as agencies for meeting slots
• Manage travel arrangements, handle expense claims, procure office supplies as well as track processing of invoices and payments
• Organise divisional functions, off site and teambuilding events as needed
• Prepare meeting materials and event admin briefs
• Perform budget tracking for certain line items and purchase related processes
• Participate in any other ad hoc projects (such as assisting with events management) and committees as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years secretarial experience at the executive level preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Job Description

• Prospect for new-to-bank corporate clients and onboard new clients to the bank
• Manage banking relationship with customers
• Prepare credit proposals in relation to credit facilities, including financial analysis, structuring of facilities terms and conditions and advocating the credit case
• Review and monitor credit facilities granted to client so as to keep bank updated on credit and risk conditions faced by clients
• Manage internal bank processes that are required of portfolio and department

Job Requirements

Job Scope

• Handling walk-in clients at retail storefront, encompassing both sales and buyback transactions during office hours.
• Effectively engage in customer interactions, offering product knowledge and making tailored recommendations to guide purchasing decisions.
