The key role and responsibilities include:

• Assist the BD Operations Manager in developing, maintaining, and overseeing the policies and procedures governing research in A*SRL/SRIS
• Support the BD Director to improve the general administration of BD through close coordination and collaboration with other internal stakeholders
• Tracking and managing legal agreements and maintaining legal agreement database (e.g. CRM tracking)
• Liaising with project managers to ensure contract terms are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in legal/research/science/technology management, or related fields with a keen interest in research administration with at least 5 years relevant experience

Team Lead, KYC Compliance - Private Banking

This role will entail reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance in Singapore with the main responsibilities of:

• Manage and oversee all Singapore private wealth (PW) regulatory compliance matters, and lead the team
• Develop and handle AML/CFT, monitoring, surveillance, suitability, cross border advisory, conflicts of interests, licensing, etc.
• Working closely with Private Wealth personnel and the respective policy owners, to provide counsel, advice and support to all of the Company’s businesses and support functions on compliance related areas
• Provide advisory services on transactional issues, for Private Wealth existing and new business initiatives and products

4. Provide smooth support to all activities and events (performance and non-performance base) in the Reflections Theatre
5. Secondary role in providing checks and feedback as a Facilities Manager including Indoor Sports Hall “The Arena” and “The Cage” (during non-performance blocks)
6. To support and coordinate marketing and booking of Reflections Theatre together with Subject Head / Arts Education
7. To provide support to our school hall as secondary role and when the need arises.

On non-performance blocks, Operations Executive (OE) is required to provide secondary support to provide at least weekly or bi-weekly (timely) fault reporting for Operations Manager on activation of maintenance works.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
