About the role

As an integral part of Neuroscience ACP Secretariat, he/she will be supporting someof the following duties*:

Grant Management

· Lead end-to-end grant management process, from grant application, budget management, to progress tracking and reporting

· Support on relevant legal matters such as contract management, MOU, etc.

· Provide support to strategic initiatives such as philanthropic engagements, external collaborations, etc.

Faculty Engagement and Development

· Facilitate faculty and non-faculty engagement and development

· Coordinate the end-to-end process for Academic Appointments, Promotions and Tenure

· Lead strategic outreach and mentorship programs

Drive Strategic Growth

· Drive growth of Neuroscience Innovation through initiatives such as culture building activities and events, strategic planning, program management, etc.

· Support the shaping and growth of Neuroscience Global Health

· Support adhoc strategic initiatives and special projects e.g. process improvements, digital transformation, etc.

Skills required

• Support in SMF website revamp and content updates
• Conceptualise and work with team members to develop marketing collaterals and, e.g., eDMs, social media posts, infographics, presentation decks, etc.
• Oversee media relations and plan media events to ensure favourable and targeted media coverage
• Conceptualise storyboard for video publicity and to assist in the creation of video content.
• Provide event support to various Business Units in speech writing, photography/videography, media coverage and any other support that is required.
• Develop publications such as Annual Report and SMF quarterly magazine – SMF Connect

Requirements

• Degree in communications/marketing, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in corporate communications/marketing
• Proven experience in developing corporate communications plans and campaigns
• Experience in events management is advantageous
• Proficient with social media strategy
• Proficient with designing tools (adobe photoshop, illustrator, premiere pro and canva), MS Office Software, and Wordpress

Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), serves as a community outreach for people with or at risk of mental health conditions including dementia and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events/activities to promote and increase mental health awareness as well as targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

The Programme Executive (CREST) is a support role who provides the daily administrative and operational support to the team, for the purpose of CREST service development and implementation. He/ She organizes the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of CREST services. He/ She may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Outreach to community in providing administrative or logistical support to the team in running client-related support and other CREST activities
• Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events with other community partners and agencies.
• Conduct screening for clients referred from other service partners and those at risk within the community with an agreed upon identification tool (AMT / EBAS / etc).
• Provide dementia/mental health awareness and information on managing dementia, coping strategies for all clients reached out, including those identified to be at risk, and their caregivers.
• Provide basic emotional support to all clients or caregivers of persons with dementia/metal health or at risk of dementia/mental health issues.
• Assist Social Workers in monitoring assigned clients and to follow-up on client needs until the handover is completed.
• Coordinate care support to client where necessary.
• In-charge of timely data collation and quarterly report submission, as well as generate reports, in accordance to the CREST programme.
• Store and maintain data and documents, in accordance to the CREST programme requirement, as well as the prevailing personal data protection and security guidelines.
• Plan, develop, and conduct home-based or centre-based cognitive stimulation engagement activities for CREST client and their caregiver.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a diploma certification or relevant social service certification.
• Non-Diploma holder with social service experience will be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate to work in the mental health sector and community service sector.
• Outgoing and sociable personality with keen interest to work with people on one-to-one basis or centre-based group activity.
• A well-organised, meticulous team player who can also work independently.

Role: IT GRC Director

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Type of Role: 12 months contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Remuneration: Base Salary

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders as necessary to meet the quality objectives.
• Engage stakeholders in defining, monitoring, and reporting on the timeline for quality initiatives implementation.
• Set up governance at the service organization level to track, monitor, and report on the progress of quality initiatives and activities.
• Track and report on progress of quality initiatives and agreed metrics from various stakeholders centrally.
• Create quality awareness.
• Develop risk-based internal audit plan.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls in mitigating IT risks.
• Proficient in acknowledging service delivery challenges and presenting plans to resolve them.
• Able to surface out key quality issues to major stakeholders and work with stakeholders on remediation actions for timely intervention.
• Lead, perform audit work for IT Infrastructure and Security audits for Managed services (Operations) and gather evidence under the audit program within the timeline.
• Provide audit report covering audit findings, root cause and improvement recommendations.
• Present the audit findings to senior stake holders (both internally and to external clients).
• Continuously follow up with project teams until closure and ensure that they have addressed the root causes and taken necessary actions.
• Compile audit findings across different projects and analyze trending of audit findings and work with stakeholders to identify preventive and corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years ICT experience working in IT Project Delivery Life Cycles (e.g. in Project Management, IT Infrastructure Managed services (e.g., Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Network or Security (it does not have to be in every area but at least a couple.).
• At least 5 years in ICT audit and/or compliance management with professional qualifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001. Familiarity with AGO and government security requirements will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of IT management processes, technology risks and internal controls and ISO standard such as ISO 27001.
• Working experience in implementing Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management (QM) Systems for Infrastructure services.
• Independent, pro-active and able to deliver quality and thorough audit work, with the eye for details.
• Team player & good interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Perform full spectrum of accounts receivable
• Responsible for timely and accurate billing of invoices, debit/credit note, etc.
