Key responsibilities

• User Support - Respond to IT-related inquiries from end-users. Provide prompt and effective technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Software and Hardware Support - Install, configure, and maintain software applications on end-users' computers and mobile devices. Responsibility

• Responsible for the smooth functioning of the IT department and its operations, advise program developers for both front and back of house usage, coordinate and establish hardware maintenance programs and to establish procedures in case of system interruptions; ensure security of data storage and protection and training of user equipment.

Senior IT Support Executive

• Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
