· Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant statutory requirements regarding work passes and immigration.

· Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with work-pass processes.

[5] Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Collaborate with other departments such as HR, Finance, and Support to ensure seamless integration of recruitment and outsourcing strategies.

· Provide leadership and guidance on workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Manage and lead the Foreign Worker Team.

· Support Foreign Worker team in the acquisition of major corporate clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in recruitment, outsourcing, or a related field.

2. In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations. Must be well aware of MOM Regulations.

3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• You will be asked to provide technical insights and recommendations to the entire IT staff as appropriate

• You will develop and administer network and security monitoring systems to track system availability using a variety of tools.

• You will create technical documentation and runbooks used by other IT members to reduce time to resolution of incidents and service requests

What we're looking for:

• You’re capable of initiating actions to reduce barriers and leverage the advantages of a diverse team and individual styles, ideas and professional or educational backgrounds.

• You have functioned in network engineering or support roles over the last 5-10 years
• You possess advanced technical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem-solving skills
• You should have competency in WAN/LAN/Firewall/Wireless systems, with emphasis on Cisco and Palo Alto solutions
• You have strong knowledge of network technologies such as BGP, LACP, OSPF, LACP, 802.1q, etc

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of account inclusive of full spectrum Accounts Payable and Receivable function
• To work with operations in managing the AR recovery and monitor the collection of receipts from customer
• Generate weekly accounts receivables report with update on AR status
• Prepare payment to suppliers and reconcile creditors statement
• Prepare analysis of accounts and monitor to ensure payments are up to date
• Assist in establishing internal control procedures to improve the accounting process
• Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors and operation team
• Prepare monthly management account with audit schedules and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly cashflow and projection
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filing
• Prepare audited financial statements and XBRL report
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and possess good interpersonal skills

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
