Key Responsibilities

1. Incident Management

• Log all incidents (either via phone or email) into the Incident Management System and handle all incidents within the SLA.
• Follow through all the necessary escalation from L1 to L2 and/or 3rd Party, hardware vendor and also to the supervisor.
• Ensure all the information entered into the Incident Management System are accurate and complete to facilitate the generation of monthly report for Management review; else immediate rectification is to be done upon seeking supervisor approval.

2. Asset Management

• Ensure new PCs and IT peripherals deployed are in working conditions else rectification is to be done.
• Ensure the accuracy of the asset information, such as all are tagged and recorded into the asset database, accompanied by necessary form duly signed.
• Report any discrepancy of data to supervisor/ manager and perform the necessary rectification as per supervisor instruction.

3. Desktop Software / Patch Management

• Assist in the testing and rollout of the software/ patches to all PCs.
• Provide daily/ weekly/ monthly update on the progress to the supervisor.

4. Job Request

• Understand the user's requirement, provide recommendation and solution to the user within SLA.
• Provide immediate update on the status of the request assigned.
• Provide on-site VIP Support to key appointments holders.
• Manage and ensure Desktop Teams does meet a minimum expectation support standard.
• Train and guide Desktop Team on their job scope and knowledge transfer
• Manage Team Staff Movement Plan, Duty Roster, and Leave Forecast
• Taking ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned to EUC Team members
• Work with vendor support contact to resolve technical issues with the desktop environment or products principle.
• Escalate issues and involve experts or other ITD teams wherever required to resolve issues promptly.
• To identify the needs and requirements of the users and to try to coordinate and comply to meet asset management of client hardware and software.
• Oversee the day-to-day clinic BAU operation supports
• To manage, identify and handle issues that may arise and highlight them to relevant party/teams/management.
• Oversee Project coordination and implementation such as, migration project, Tech Refresh, clinics deployment or setup, and preparing / providing status reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Assisting in Condemning/Decommissioning of outdated assets and disposal
• Image Creation and Cloning (Acronis TrueImage) for Tech Refresh and daily BAU operations
• Was trained and learn how to setup an MDT Server (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit)
• Managing Daily IMAC Operations & Project IMAC, leading, scheduling and allocating resources for daily tasks required
• Perform installation, setup, configuration, diagnostic, migration, upgrading and maintenance of Desktop PC/Laptops, OS, Application, software and related IT peripherals
• Provide support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC and related IT Products such as Printers

• Identify potential customers, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers.
• Build customer relationships, support customers' project requirements and enquiries.
• Source new projects and markets to achieve sales targets set by our Company.
• Coordinate with internal and customers in scope of work and project executions, responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers.
• Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers.
• Maintain Company website, marketing materials and organize marketing initiatives
• Identify new market trends, business opportunities and generate monthly reports
• Maintain records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

Requirements:
• Diploma and above
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess own vehicle.
• Understand architectural and structural drawings, and AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
• Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
• Timely renewal and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
• Carries out work permit applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers in a timely manner;
• Follows up with purchase or cancellation of workers’ bond guarantees;
• Any other HR functions as assigned

Requirements:-

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business or HR Management or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin to interact with Chinese speaking employees.
• Possess integrity, “Can Do” attitude with passion and a global mindset
• Able to work overtime as required.
• 5 days’ work in office.

Qualifications/ Experience

● Diploma/relevant qualification in IT or Computer Science

● Exposure to end-user environments with different application technologies (ERP, CRM, BI…)

● 5+ years experience in ERP, BI space

● Team player with experience working with multi-cultural team and regional exposure

● Pro-active and independent

● Good knowledge of Business process and ERP architecture

● knowledge and exposure working with different modes of integrations ( ETL, ELT, ESB….)

● Very good Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, SSIS.

● An understanding of Financial Reporting and / or Financial Concepts

● An understanding of cash-to-order, procure-to-pay process

● Ability to prioritize assignments,

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of existing and emerging technologies.

● Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and manage business expectations.

● Regional travel will be required

● Experience working in the manufacturing domain is a plus
