Job Description

• Administration pertaining to movements of personnel
• Ensuring the completion of check-list for new staff joining the school & staff leaving the school/service
• Updating Staff List
• Updating Staff Particulars, e.g. change of address & contact no., staff achievements, courses completed, etc
• Updating School’s Achievements, including CCA achievements
• Handle logistics for meetings
• Check daily incoming mails and dispatch to respective personnel
• Administrative duties for major events such as Founder’s Day, National Day cum Partnership Day & Secondary Four Graduation Ceremony, etc
• Designing and printing of programme booklets
• Preparing guest book for visitors
